What is Boss Up! Exactly?

At this signature event designed to create positivity and connection, you will experience a day like no other. Boss Up is a one-day Women’s Wellness Event with three movement classes, 2 inspiring speakers, a panel of female entrepreneurs, a cocktail hour, and pop up shops from local vendors. 

Can I pick and choose which movement classes I attend?

The classes will take place in the main building of the Laurel Packing House, with the intent that all attendees will participate.  If you’d prefer to sit a class out, there is a meditation corner with pillows, blankets and seating for some rest and rejuvenation.

When does this event take place?

October 25th 2019. Please be there at 8:30 am to register, we will kick off the day at 9:00 am.

Where does Boss Up! take place?

Laurel Packing House downtown Kelowna, BC. The address is 1304 Ellis Street.

How can I find out who is speaking?

The schedule is listed on our website, along with bios of all speakers.  A list of our vendors is on both our Facebook and Instagram pages as well.

Do the vendors accept cash?

Vendors will accept cash, credit, and debit.

Will there be food on site?

Yes, There will be food throughout the day including coffee, juice, glory bowls for lunch, healthy, nutritious snacks including vegan and gluten free options, and happy hour featuring our signature G+F cocktail. Food is included with ticket purchase and consists of soul bowls for lunch, coffee and juice stations, delicious charcuterie by local company Crudite and Co. and one drink ticket for a signature cocktail or glass of wine.  Additional drinks can be purchased on site.

What kind of pop up shops will be there?

Pop Up Shops from local female founded companies including: Lush Valley Lifestyle all natural cork yoga mats designed right here in the Okanagan, MisMacK Clean Cosmetics natural Pro makeup line designed in Salmon Arm B.C., Back To Earth healing and soothing skin care crafted in Coldstream B.C., Rainbow Wild Quartz pop sockets all handmade in Canada, and more!

How do I access tickets?

You can purchase tickets directly through our website or find us on Eventbrite

Will tickets sell out?

Yes! Purchase your ticket early and maybe one or two for your girl friends!

What is your refund policy?

No refunds for this event. If you have someone who wants to purchase your ticket off of you, please contact us first at admin@graceandflow.ca

Will I receive my ticket in the mail/email?

No. Registration will happen first thing in the morning, please bring your I.D. You will be added to our mailing list so you are notified of any updates.

What should I bring?

Please bring your ID, a yoga mat, a notebook and pen, business cards, your camera or phone!

What should I wear?

We will be moving around a lot so wear comfortable shoes, athleisure and layers. This event is casual!

How do I receive my swag bag?

You must be at the event to receive it. Swag bags will be collected at the end of the day.

Where do I park?

There is parking across the street in the Impark lot as well as on street parking. We recommend taking public transport or carpooling.
