Outdoor yoga events throughout summer at
Predator ridge resort
We are thrilled to be back for a 3rd year, offering outdoor yoga events at Predator Ridge!
Set in the stunning Okanagan Valley, enjoy the scent of lavender as you move with your breath, followed by some time to enjoy the view. Bring your friends, your partner, your mom or treat yourself to an unforgettable experience.
60 min yoga flow, taught by a trained Grace & Flow, the best yoga instructor or teacher, on the outdoor platform at Predator Ridge set amongst gorgeous lavender fields. After Savasana enjoy a juicy mimosa (made with local bubbles from Mt Boucherie) while taking in the view of one of the Okanagan’s many treasures, Kalamalka Lake. Begins Sunday, June 27th through to August 29th.
Wind down on with us from 6-8:30pm with a deep stretch on the outdoor yoga platform at Predator Ridge while watching the sun set over the hills. Enjoy a 18 minute hike up to the platform, take in the spectacular view of Okanagan Lake as you move and flow with your breath. *NEW* Enjoy a glass of crisp Cider from The BX Press included with your ticket. Option for Charcuterie through Crudite & Co. (available for pre-order). Classes begin June 23rd, through to August 25th.
Class sizes in yoga retreats Kelowna and yoga retreats Okanagan will be limited this year to adhere to Covid-19 requirements. The number of patrons will be limited to 50% outdoor platform capacity. Patrons will have space of 2 meters from one another. There will be limited movement around the platform for safety of all patrons. There will also be limited number of members for the outdoor yoga Kelowna and outdoor yoga Okanagan retreats
Hiking events (Sunset, Stretch & Sip) will require patrons to maintain a distance of 6 feet in between people of separate households.
Hand sanitization stations will be set up at each platform for patrons use. There will no longer be hands-on assists from instructors and instructors will be required to remain 6 feet away from patrons. Spare mats will not be provided so please ensure to bring your own yoga mat.
Evening classes (Sunset, Stretch and Sip) will no longer have shared charcuterie, however there will be an option to purchase an individual picnic box from Crudite and Co. Ciders will be served in single-use glasses and placed on a table for patrons following the Order of the Provincial Health Officer by the BC Public Health Act.
Mimosas on Sunday classes (Yoga & Mimosas) will be served in single-use glasses and placed on a table for patrons following the Order of the Provincial Health Officer by the BC Public Health Act.
Patrons will be required to disclose any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, sore throat or difficulty breathing on a waiver form prior to their scheduled class. IF any patron answers yes to any of the above they are not permitted to attend.
Instructors will be required to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19. If they are experiencing symptoms of the illness (a fever, cough or difficulty breathing) class will be cancelled and tickets re-scheduled to another date.
There will be signs to remind patrons to; not enter if sick, to physically distance by two meters and to wash or sanitize hands before class.
Please bring your own water to each outdoor yoga event.
Social distancing is an important part of our responsibility to help end the spread of COVID-19, but it also has adverse effects on small businesses. Your safety and well-being are our utmost priority and that is why we ask that you help us all by following the above-listed protocols. Our clients physical and mental health and wellness are a top priority.
No refunds, tickets can be exchanged for another date if available.
